Erhan Cevikel is co-founder and CEO of Gate Consulting, a leading project management services firm with offices in Tampa FL, Atlanta GA, and Philadelphia, PA. The firm provides assistance on mergers and acuqisitions, information technology, and financial project deliveries. Mr. Cevikel has been serving Turkish American nonprofit organizations like Anadolu Club, Federation of Turkish American Associations, Istanbul University USA since 2004. He is also the founding member of American Turkish Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Cevikel holds BA degree from University of Istanbul, Diploma from Briarcliff College, and an MBA from University of Phoenix.

I was born in Ankara. Studied at TED Ankara College and METU Department of Public Administration and Business Administration. I am currently President of Niles Technology INC – USA, Owner and CEO of Code Plastik ve Endustriyel Malzemeler AS – Tr and Owner and CEO of Smart Global Materials Sourcing BV – NL. I jumped into the business world by getting recruited to Unilever out of College and then worked at Colgate Palmolive. My total corporate carreer is 15+ years of professional FMCG experience with expertise in sales, marketing, restructuring and new business development. And since 2004 I am an entrepreneur. I enjoy travelling, visiting trade shows and my clients, meeting new people, listening to new ideas and identifying opportunities. These travels and my current network will be a driving force for me in TACCS to introduce ourselves and our efforts to the Turkish and American business people in USA, Turkiye and any relevant country I travel to.

Alper Güçer

Alper Gucer, born in 1971, is a professional with over 25 years of experience in the internet business and all levels of digital marketing in various industries, such as automotive, FMCG, retail, medical services, electronics, construction, and finance both in B2B and B2C applications. He is the founding partner and Managing Director of Poligon Interactive, one of the pioneers of digital agencies in Turkey. He is also a marketing effectiveness consultant for RedRoute International and an influencer/mentor for Insider. Alper serves in advisory, mentorship and managing positions for several companies and organizations. Alper was graduated from Middle East Technical University, with the degree of BSc in Electronics and has a Master of Science Degree in Biomedical Electronics. Alper is a member of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce and ETID. He has an excellent command of English and a basic command of French.

Cem Kus

Raised in Istanbul and founder of MTI America established in 1992.  MTI America is a Nationwide company pioneering innovation and delivering connected care to claims staff and the injured worker.  MTI provides services for insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.  Cem continues as the CEO and is a driven entrepreneur with a global business background bringing decades of knowledge in the ever-changing healthcare industry.  

Gökhan Yavuz

Gökhan was born in Ankara in 1988. He has been residing in Atlanta, USA since 2006. He started his business life in 2014, opened and managed stores and warehouses in a wide range of products in the wholesale and retail sectors. He started e-commerce on Amazon and similar platforms in 2018, helping many companies in Turkey to enter the US market online. Provided information and consultancy on the entry of FDA and health products to the USA and logistics. Since 2019, he has been successful in production, wholesale and retail in the company of which he is the founder and CEO, and today he physically operates in 4 states and provides employment for more than 50 employees.

Erdal Tatlıcı

Erdal Tatlici is the founder of TTPC Gayrimenkul Yatirim A.S, a property development company in Turkey, and a co-founder Novrum Investment Group, which assists investors in Turkey purchasing property in Miami.  In 2017, he formed a partnership with a renowned cabinet manufacturer in Turkey, who had been supplying his construction company since 2002, and co-founded Vavenzi, which manufactures high end millwork, kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, doors and closets for residential, commercial and hospitality projects.  Erdal opened Vavenzi’s first showroom in Miami’s Design District, in 2020.  

Ruhi Balcı

Dr. Balci was born in Ankara, Turkey in 1968. He completed his undergraduate and graduate education at Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry. Then finished his Ph.D. at Marmara University Health Sciences Institute. After that continued his profession as an “Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.” In his nearly 32 years of professional life, besides being a physician, he had the opportunity to work with numerous essential healthcare and life science industry players, investors, and educational institutions across the globe. Dr. Balci, who has lived in Miami, Florida, for nearly ten years, is the Managing Director of a business development and consulting company and a board member of multiple companies. As an active lecturer in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Dr. Balcı also coordinates research and development projects between local and international companies and regional universities.

Serkan Eren

Serkan EREN was born in Samsun in 1975.He completed his university education at Dokuz Eylul University, Mechanical Engineering Faculty. Eren, who started as a control engineer in Sumerbank Architectural Works Department, started as KIA Motors Turkey dealer development manager at Anadolu Group in 2005 and was responsible for the opening and structuring of all Kia dealerships in Turkey. He also participated as a speaker in  meetings in many countries for the KIA brand in the global arena, and gained success with his project on dealer profitability and efficiency. Eren, who settled in the U.S. with the Diversity Visa Program in 2018, took part in the structuring of a furniture brand in the United States for a short time and then established his own company in 2019 and started to serve as a contact center. Eren currently provides Call center and Contact center services with First Contact Service Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S. with its professional management team in Türkiye and the US.

Zeynep Çevikel

Human Resources Business Partner and Advisor, inclusive , influential business strategist with focus on leading engaged and high performing teams offering optimized, efficient business outcomes.  Effective collaborator and an engaged, high performing team leader. Zeynep graduated from Montclair State University obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and she holds a Masters of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Development from New York University. Zeynep is a Myers Briggs Practitioner and holds a Senior Human Resources Professional Certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.

Ziya Kızıltan

Ziya Kızıltan was born in Istanbul in 1983. He studied Physics at Yıldız Technical University and later graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration. He worked on international customer loyalty programs in 2010-2013. Between 2013 and 2016, he worked as the Founding Partner and Marketing Manager at incir.com. He worked as Sales Development Manager at Hepsiburada.com between 2016-2019. He has been working as ETİD General Coordinator since 2017, TeqPay Managing Partner since 2021, and Oniki co-founder and CEO since 2020.
