Erhan Çevikel
President & CEO
Erhan Çevikel is a distinguished business leader in strategic programs and international trade development. He currently serves as the President and CEO of the Turkish American Chamber of Commerce of the South (TACCS), where he plays a pivotal role in fostering economic and cultural ties between the United States and Türkiye.
With a career spanning over three decades, Mr. Çevikel has established himself as a C-level executive with deep expertise in leading strategic projects in global technology and M&A integrations, and guiding organizations through business transformation, growth acceleration, and competitive positioning.
Selen Timur
Vice President
Born in Ankara and a graduate of TED Ankara College and METU, Selen Timur's journey in the business world is marked by her roles at Unilever and Colgate Palmolive, followed by a successful entrepreneurial venture since 2004. As the President of Niles Technology INC – USA, and CEO of several companies in Turkey and the Netherlands, her expertise spans sales, marketing, restructuring, and business development. Her passion for travel, trade shows, and networking makes her a driving force in TACCS, bridging Turkish and American business communities.
Gokhan Yavuz
Chief Commercial Officer
Born in Ankara in 1988, Gokhan Yavuz has been residing in Atlanta, United States, since 2006. He entered the commercial sector in 2014, establishing and managing multiple wholesale and retail businesses across a broad range of product categories, including operating stores and warehouse facilities.
In 2018, he expanded into e-commerce, leveraging platforms such as Amazon and other major marketplaces. He played a key role in helping numerous Turkish companies enter the U.S. market through online sales channels, providing expertise in FDA compliance, healthcare product regulations, U.S. import procedures, and logistics operations.
Since 2019, he has served as the Founder and CEO of his company, successfully integrating manufacturing, wholesale, and retail operations. Today, the company operates physical facilities in four U.S. states and employs more than 50 staff members, reflecting strong growth and operational leadership in multi-channel commerce.
Zeynep Cevikel

Human Resources Business Partner and Advisor, inclusive , influential business strategist with focus on leading engaged and high performing teams offering optimized, efficient business outcomes. Effective collaborator and an engaged, high performing team leader.
Zeynep graduated from Montclair State University obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and she holds a Masters of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Development from New York University. Zeynep is a Myers Briggs Practitioner and holds a Senior Human Resources Professional Certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.

Dr. Ruhi Balcı's esteemed career as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon is complemented by his vast experience in healthcare, life sciences, and academia. With 32 years of professional experience, Dr. Balcı has collaborated with global healthcare entities and educational institutions. His current roles in Miami, Florida, as a business development director and board member, alongside his academic contributions in Northern Cyprus, highlight his multifaceted expertise and commitment to healthcare innovation.
Francis Boyer

Francis M. Boyer, Esq., is a member of the Bars of Florida (Federal District of North, Middle and South Florida), and the District of Columbia (Washington, DC).
He is one of the few attorneys in Florida who is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as an Expert in International Law. Because Florida is the ONLY state in the nation that offers a specialty certification in International Law, he is also one of only 51 in the entire United States as of January 1, 2020. MTI eliminates work from Insurance Carriers, TPA Companies and Large Employers the adjusters' and case managers' desks by delivering appropriate services to patients with critical clinical oversight while ensuring an exceptional customer experience for everyone involved.
Esmira Bayramova

With a distinguished academic background, holding an MBA from UNEC and continuing her education at the University of Cambridge, Esmira Bayramova is a visionary leader and Senior DevOps/Engineering Manager at a prominent U.S.-based space company. Her expertise lies in guiding engineering teams and driving technological innovation within the aerospace and tech industries.
Beyond her professional endeavors, she is the President and Founder of the Azerbaijani American Community of Florida since 2015, where she has been a bridge in strengthening community and business ties between the U.S. and Azerbaijan. A real estate enthusiast and co-founder of a Miami-based Real Estate tech startup, Esmira’s entrepreneurial spirit and leadership have earned the endorsement of City of Miami Mayor Francis Suarez, underscoring her impact on both local and international platforms.
Esmira’s combination of technical expertise, community leadership, and entrepreneurial vision offers a fresh perspective and global outlook to the Turkish American Chamber of Commerce. Sayat Delice

Sayat Delice is a distinguished executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in real
estate development, specializing in retail, shopping centers, and mixed-use luxury developments
across Turkey, the CIS, GCC, UK, and the United States.
He is the founder and Managing Partner of ANQOR, a consultancy firm focused on mixed-use
luxury development, retail leasing, marketing, and international capital markets. Under his
leadership, ANQOR has become a trusted advisor to retailers, property developers, and
institutional investors, offering strategic guidance on market entry, asset acquisition and disposal,
and leasing strategies.
Sayat previously served as an Executive Board Member of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where he
was part of the Pan-European Team, leading business development and mixed-use project
consultancy. His work has been instrumental in the successful launch and leasing of numerous
shopping centers, contributing to concept development, functional planning, and retail strategy.
Sayat holds a Master of Science in International Management from the University of Essex
(UK) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marmara University
(Turkey). He is a Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) and an active member of
the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Tunc Ada
Chief Trade Compliance Officer
Tunc Ada is an entrepreneur in flooring and wood panel indurstry. He is Managing Partner of FTM Import Export in Boca Raton, Florida, and owner of FTM DIS TIC LTD STI in Ankara, Türkiye since 2007. Previously, he was Export Manager at SWISS KRONO AG (2000–2021). He supports Turkish American trade through TACCS and is a member of the American Association of Exporters and Importers. He authored Borders to Success.
Bilal İskender
Vice President
Bilal Iskender is an entrepreneur and international business operator with over 15 years of experience in fashion, global sourcing, and cross-border market development. He holds an MBA in International Marketing and is the founder of a U.S.-based textile business with production rooted in Türkiye, serving retailers across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
In addition to his own ventures, he advises fashion brands on entering and expanding within the U.S. market, focusing on market research, product positioning, and retail penetration. His work includes supporting European brands in navigating growth across North and Latin America.
As a Board Member of TACCS, Bilal contributes to strengthening trade relations between Türkiye and the United States.
