The Turkish American Chamber of Commerce of the South (TACCS) delegation recently embarked on a meaningful visit to the Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone (AOSB) in Adana, Türkiye. This visit served as an invaluable platform for exploring trade opportunities and fostering closer ties between the United States and the Adana region, a vital industrial hub in Türkiye.

Key participants in this significant meeting included TACCS President Erhan Cevikel, Vice Presidents Dr. Ruhi Balci and Francis Boyer, TACCS Türkiye Representative Oguz Aydemir, and esteemed representatives from AOSB. Among the notable attendees from AOSB were Alpar Hacaloglu, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Bekir Sütcü, Deputy Chairman; Ömer Kaya; Yusuf Kara; Mehmet Tosmur; Regional Director Ersin Akpınar; and İsrafil Uçurum, Chairman of the ADASO Assembly. A diverse group of AOSB industrialists also joined the discussion, enriching the dialogue with their insights and expertise.

The meeting was a productive exchange of ideas, focusing on identifying trade-related opportunities that could strengthen the economic bridge between the United States and Adana. Emphasis was placed on collaborative initiatives to enhance export potential, promote mutual investments, and create new pathways for industrial growth.

In addition to the meeting, the TACCS delegation had the privilege of visiting two prominent companies within the AOSB: Çukurova Silo İşletmeciliği ve Mak. San. İnş. Tic. Ltd. Şti. and Kimteks Tekstil İnş. Tic. ve San. A.Ş. During these visits, one-on-one engagements provided an opportunity to delve deeper into the innovative practices and business operations of these industry leaders, paving the way for potential partnerships.
