The Turkish American Chamber of Commerce of the South (TACCS) Board of Directors recently participated in the “Entering USA: Problems, Opportunities, and New Cooperation” event, hosted in collaboration with Çukurova Teknokent. This event marked a pivotal moment for fostering dialogue on enhancing bilateral trade and facilitating the successful integration of technology and R&D-focused companies into the U.S. markets.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Çukurova Teknokent and its esteemed Chair of the Board, Prof. Dr. Meryem TUNCEL, for her visionary leadership in organizing this meaningful gathering. The event provided an excellent platform to discuss opportunities, challenges, and innovative strategies for strengthening trade ties between Türkiye and the United States.

During the event, we had the pleasure of engaging with Prof. Dr. Meryem TUNCEL, Deputy Chair Prof. Dr. Tunç Tuken, Bekir Sütcü, Chairman of the Board of Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone (AOSB), and Zeki KIVANÇ, Chairman of the Board of Adana Sanayi Odası (Adana Chamber of Industry). These insightful discussions centered on the critical role of collaboration in driving regional growth and exploring avenues for impactful trade and technological partnerships.

A key theme of the event was the emphasis on cooperative efforts to increase the trade volume between Türkiye and the United States. By leveraging the expertise and resources of both regions, we aim to create a more streamlined pathway for Turkish technology and R&D companies to enter and thrive in U.S. markets. These partnerships hold the promise of not only expanding commercial opportunities but also fostering innovation and global competitiveness.
